Lantern Light App Reviews

Power is out at night several hours, with this app I set night light to be on 30 minutes and good to go till we could fall asleep or if needed when time up push again for longer run so not in pitch black with mo power.

I recently got a new book and the only time for me to read with no distractions is at night. I was reading the reviews for this app and most of the people were saying its not a good reading light. It is the best app I found that is good for reading. You can choose one of the lantern photos that they have or one of your own photos from your camera roll and it has a timer which is perfect for me because I like to read 15-20 minutes a night. I truly recommend this app for a reading light and a night light

I upgraded the App to avoid annoying messages. After tapping upgrade and being directed to a new screen I tapped what I thought was the upgrade now. Nope. They put that at the bottom of the screen. I ended up "donating" and buying the app. Its cute for a kids might light but its not bright enough to read. Oh well!

Bought in app purchase for go pro and it wont open the pro!! Frustrating!

So beyond dim. It was a waste of my time. Its either black, or dim. Not enough light to read with. Uninstalled very quickly.

So this light only has a brightness that goes up to normal? Whats the point of the app at all?? 0 stars

Love this app. Brightness adjustable and peaceful visuals. I would rate it 5 stars but timer goes only to 60 minutes. So if you need a nite light all night this is not it.

Hey my last comment is true this is nothing bad I was just thinking if maybe you got some different designs like children designs there is an app called pabobo and yall should see their designs Im not saying take their stuff but make something kinda like it thats all! :D

Its bad

I chose this app because of the pretty lantern pictures. It didnt work out for me because it was just too dim for reading. The white-background lanterns were a bit too bright.

Just a bunch of luminescent Lanterns in different colors. Deleting!

Love it, it helps my baby sister sleep without waking up and crying.

Its basically a bunch of photos of lanterns. The app doesnt do anything with them other than show you the photos. Waste of time!

So, I imagined this would be soft light, perhaps flickering, like a lantern might. Or perhaps just that warm yellow glow that is the apps icon. NOPE. Its a picture of a lantern. There are several lanterns to choose from. Just, really? And theres a pro version? Is it a picture of TWO lanterns on the screen?

I like the lanterns but really no light at all umm so the name lantern light does not fit at all and I looked up reading light this does not fit at all goodbye lantern light.

Waste of time and space.

Pretty much makes your phone into nightlight, that turns off eventually by itself on a timer. So okay, I totally understand the other reviews on here. Its true that this app is just a bunch of pictures of different lanterns...BUT you can choose the one with the colors you like, set its brightness, and set a timer for it. I actually use it every night to help me fall asleep. Im 25 so I know this is freaking weird, haha, but I enjoy having a slight light in case I decide to have a drink of water, wanna use Chapstick, or other weird random things I realize I want to do while trying to fall asleep. This app works great for me and Im happy with it. No idea the point of a pro version though - assuming no ads but they dont bother me. :)
